1. Free Shipping to the United States

We believe in straightforward pricing. Cozyd offers  Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden handling fees, and no unexpected delivery surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Timeline (Handling & Transit Time)

Our comprehensive shipping schedule consists of two distinct phases:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
  • Order Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During this window, we verify your order, perform quality checks on the borosilicate glassware, securely package the items, and hand them over to our logistics carriers.
  • Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from the moment the package leaves our facility to its arrival at your United States shipping destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 business days from the moment payment is authorized.

3. Tracking and Order Confirmation

Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an online tracking portal link. You can track your parcel's progress in real-time as it journeys to your doorstep.

4. Address Modifications & Order Cancellations

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@cozyd.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing phase or has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery destination or cancel the shipment.

5. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unpredictable courier bottlenecks can occasionally happen. If your package has not arrived within 18 business days, or if the tracking number shows as stuck, please contact our team immediately. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and resolve the issue via a free replacement or a full refund.
