At Cozyd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To give you ultimate peace of mind, we offer a transparent, buyer-friendly 30-Day Free Return Policy for our United States customers.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the exact date your item was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a free return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all protective materials (bubble wrap, boxes, and tags), which is especially critical for fragile high borosilicate glassware.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Free Return Process (No Return Shipping Fees)
We do not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at info@cozyd.shop with your order number and photos of the item.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print the prepaid label, securely package the item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive fragile glass items that are broken or defective due to transit, contact us within 48 hours. Send clear photographs of the damage to info@cozyd.shop, and we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund without requiring you to ship broken glass back.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. We pledge to complete the refund authorization within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional calendar days for your financial institution or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.
